Coaching focuses on your strengths, your goals, and the steps needed reach your goals. In coaching, strengths are identified and clarified, and goals are broken down into sub-goals that are easier to achieve and wrap one's mind around. The focus in coaching is on the present moment and immediate future, as opposed to therapy where the relationship to time is more flexible. The aim in coaching is to significantly improve your problem-solving skills and sharpen your intuitive capacity so as to more effectively connect you with the steps ahead of you and the motivation needed to take those steps.
Dr. Chrzanowski's training is in leadership and executive coaching.
